I just came back from my trip to Peru and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect - right by the main square. It made it so easy to explore the city and all the attractions were within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch and they even provided earplugs right next to the bed to ensure a peaceful sleep. The room I had was spacious and had a balcony with a stunning view of the plaza. It was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. And to top it all off, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and satisfying.

Nothing could have been better, everything was perfect.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms at this hotel are comfortable and well-equipped, with some even featuring a jacuzzi for added relaxation. The breakfast provided at this hotel is varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day.

The hotel is just off the main square, making it very convenient to walk to most tourist attractions and good restaurants nearby. the breakfast has a large variety, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some rooms are stuffy, with no outside windows, making them quite dark and uncomfortable. the noise from nearby clubs can make it hard to sleep, even with earplugs provided by the hotel.

The nearby nightclub was a bit noisy at night, so earplugs were provided, but it didn't bother me too much. The only negative experience was a slightly rude employee at the front desk.

We stayed just off the Plaza and loved its central location which made walking around this city very convenient. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Location right in the center of Plaza de Armas; transportation; hotel facilities; staff.
